NetSuite Delivery Manager

Elsdon Group are continuing to partner with a fast-growing NetSuite Solutions Partner to find a strategic, hands-on Delivery Manager with a Finance / Accounting background. This is a fantastic opportunity to mentor a growing team, act as a key escalation point for clients, and shape the delivery of high-impact NetSuite engagements.

You'll be working in a large, collaborative team and focused on client satisfaction. You’ll work alongside another Delivery Manager with operations and supply chain expertise, complementing each other’s strengths. Next year, the practice is expected to split into two, offering strong career progression opportunities for Delivery Managers.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite engagements, focusing on Finance / Accounting processes and solutions.
• Act as the first level of escalation for client issues, ensuring smooth delivery and high satisfaction.
• Mentor team members, support their growth, and drive a collaborative, accountable team culture.
• Configure and design solutions, troubleshoot NetSuite system issues, and translate complex finance requirements into actionable plans.
• Partner with clients, talking their language and delivering solutions that meet business needs.
• Contribute to practice development and continuous improvement initiatives.
