Job Title : Accounts Payable Specialist

Location : Hospital in Costa Mesa, CA (100% Onsite)

Job Type : Full-Time

Department : Accounting

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-4 : 30

Hourly Rate : $25-35 / hr depending on experience

Duties : Responsible for a high volume of Accounts Payable (A / P) processing for 70-100 invoices per day using Automatic Invoice Matching system (i.e., 3-way match) as well as other approval processes. Responsible for preparing month end A / P accruals and reconciling monthly vendor account statements.

Qualifications :

Candidate needs to have strong AP (full cycle) background, large ERP system and automatic invoice matching system experience, able to multitask, and be very organized.

Experience Required :

• At least 2 years of experience (with 1 year in hospital setting)
• Strong invoice automation exposure
• solid ERP exposure ( preferably with Lawson)
