As an Airport Traffic Control Officer in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard the airport, its facilities, travelers, directing and managing flow of traffic, enforcing security protocols and procedures helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and staff. Your presence and routine patrols will support a secure environment while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication. Position Type : Part Time - Morning Shift

Pay Rate : $19.23 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $4.30. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Time : Fri 07 : 30 AM - 04 : 00 PM Sun 07 : 30 AM - 04 : 00 PM

Requirements : 20+ Years of Age

Valid Drivers License

Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge

Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam

What You'll Do :

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites

Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education

Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams

Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service

Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related hazards encountered during patrols.

Assist visitors, employees, and / or contractors at the location by providing directions and information as needed.

Collaborate with Allied Universal management and local authorities when required for incident response and reporting.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences encountered during patrols.

Availability across various days and shifts

Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments

A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company

Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available

Minimum Requirements :

Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
