Logistics Coordinator (Edison)

Bettaway Traffic Systems is the 3PL which offers clients a complete managed services solution. Bettaway contracts with established carriers to provide equipment availability, quality service, competitive rates and real-time tracking and information.

Job Duties :

• Coordinate and dispatch carriers on all managed transportation accounts
• Develop relationships with dedicated (contracted) carriers, monitor tender acceptance, service and volume.
• Perform daily operational tasks such as creating orders, allocating product, and managing shippers schedules
• Proactively communicate issues to internal and external stakeholders and provide real time solutions as needed
• Collaborate with Traffic leadership to source new carrier partners into the network
• Assist with status and tracking updates as requested
• Perform other assigned operational tasks as assigned by Traffic leadership
