LOCATION :      BAYLOR SCOTT & WHITE MEDICAL CENTER, MARBLE FALLS TX

DEPT :                 Labor & Delivery

SCHEDULE :       Full Time Nights

Bonus :              15K   3 installments within 12 months

Relocation :       Lump Sum, amount paid based on distance

Unit Specs :

Modified Self-Scheduling, Texas Ten Steps, Maternal Level 2 Designation, Neonatal Level 1 and Amazing Teamwork!

1 : 1 Labor  1 : 3 Couplets, 3 Bed LDR, 8 Bed Postpartum, 3 Triage Rooms

Surrounded by state parks, natural wonders and dozens of wineries.   A family-friendly community of about 7K population.   Quaint downtown lined with shops, antiques and restaurants. Swim, fish, kayak or canoe in Lake Marble Falls or get moving on hike and bike trails. Only 45 minutes away from Austin or San Antonio, for some occasional weekend getaways. Enjoy the tranquility of driving through our scenic hill country roads, where you can enjoy viewing the Bluebonnets during their blooming season.

Job Summary

As a Registered Nurse, oversee patient care using a professional practice model. Responsibilities include patient assessment, recognizing health issues, creating care plans, and assessing patient responses. Secure patient travel. Know about patient needs in healthcare. Help patients and prevent issues. Follow the Texas Nursing Practice Act and delegate tasks based on condition and team competencies.
