We are now immediately hiring a Sales Representative! A base salary is included with uncapped commission and bonuses, our average earning potential for our Sales Representative is $72,000 - $130,000!

Alarm King Inc. is a local leader in the design, installation, and maintenance of comprehensive Security Systems located in Danbury, CT. Established in 1984, Alarm King, Inc. specializes in integrating systems such as : burglar alarms, fire alarms, access control, intercom, and camera systems (CCTV). We excel in surveying, designing, and delivering customized security solutions backed with intelligence for every client we meet. Our portfolio includes but is not limited to : Residential, Businesses, Commercial Complexes and Distribution Centers – Nationwide.

We are rapidly growing and are looking for motivated dedicated workers to join our team with immediate availabilities. The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics :

  • Not afraid to knock on doors and make a sale.
  • Ability to control a conversation and build rapport with prospective clients.
  • Present themselves in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Eager and excited to learn about security technologies.
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and career oriented.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Schedule sales appointments with current and prospective customers
  • Prepare quotes and sales agreements for potential customers
  • Generate and track new leads to continue expanding the reach of business
  • Responsible for sales plan achievement of assigned geographic area
  • Uphold relationships with clients to ensure they remain satisfied, that their questions are answered, and that their needs are met
  • Build, hire, develop and align a high-performing team
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing sales and related results as needed
  • Uphold all company policies and procedures
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses
  • Qualifications

  • Have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
  • Clean background check
  • Must pass drug screening
  • Excellent oral / written communication skills
  • Sales background is required, relating to security products, information technology, or cybersecurity is highly desirable
  • Job Type :  Full-time

  • Pay : $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
  • The base salary for this position will be commensurate with the applicant's level of sales experience and includes uncapped commission and bonuses.
  • Average earning potential for the position : $72,000 - $130,000.
