Where we work

This is an in-office position, requiring three days a week in either our Denver, CO or Austin, TX office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) and flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

About this role

As an SEO Data Analyst on the SEO team, you will play a foundational role in analyzing organic search performance, identifying key trends and opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to enhance Udemy\'s SEO strategies. This position is crucial for building business cases, supporting technical SEO initiatives, and collaborating with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Marketing teams to ensure content and site optimizations lead to tangible business growth. You will contribute directly to shaping the future direction of SEO by turning complex data into clear, compelling narratives for various stakeholders across the company.

Actual compensation for this role is based on several factors, including but not limited to job-related skills, qualifications, experience, and specific work location due to differences in the cost of labor. In addition to a base salary, this role is also eligible for equity.

Hiring Compensation Range

$76,000 — $95,000 USD
