Summary :

Join our dedicated team as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in our clinic, where you will provide essential care under the supervision of physicians and registered nurses. You will play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive high-quality care according to established standards and practices.

Responsibilities :

• Exemplify OneCHRISTUS Competencies : Leader of Self, Leader of Others, or Leader of Leaders.
• Perform basic patient care duties under physician supervision, including obtaining vital signs, weighing patients, and collecting specimens, including phlebotomy (specific to site).
• Assist healthcare providers in patient examinations, treatments, and procedures, while supporting a smooth patient flow through the clinic.
• Manage patient communications by answering calls, recording messages, and assisting providers with patient-related inquiries.
• Facilitate scheduling for tests, appointments, and pre-certification processes.
• Accurately document all relevant patient information.
• Support providers with medication refills and administer medications / immunizations as per orders.
• Maintain a clean and well-stocked environment by cleaning and restocking exam rooms, adhering to policies for equipment sanitation, and ordering supplies as needed.
• Perform routine clerical duties, such as locating patient charts, filing, and completing required forms.
• Participate in mandatory meetings and training sessions, and perform additional tasks as assigned.

8AM - 5PM Monday-Friday
