Well-established, hospital employed surgical group seeks additional Cardiovascular surgeon to join our busy practice. Exceptional referral base with strong Primary Care and Cardiology Physician referral sources from 13 counties. Robust IM Hospitalist service provides medical consults and management of non-surgical illnesses. Southeast Alabama offers a short 90-minute drive to the Emerald Coast beaches of Florida, a low cost of living, excellent educational facilities, and traditional southern hospitality.

• Hospital employed position
• Access to 2 Endovascular and open heart suites
• daVinci robotic surgical system available
• Call shared equally among team
• Clinic is located on hospital campus for easy access to ED, surgical suite, and hospital
• 24 / 7 Cardiology, Critical Care, and Interventional Radiology support services
• Dedicated APP's assist in OR, perform vein harvesting, facilitate hospital rounds, and see patients post-op in the clinic
• Facility offering TAVR, EP Cardiology, and Watchman procedures
• Over 20 OR's with access to 2 endovascular suites and open heart suites
• Call shared equally at 1 : 4
• ICU beds with dedicated CVICU beds in the newly expanded progressive care unit
• Cardiothoracic APP's assist in OR, perform vein harvesting, facilitate rounds, and see patients in post-op clinic
• Exceptional referral-base with strong Primary Care and Cardiology sources
• Robust IM Hospitalist service provides medical consult support for non-surgical illnesses
