Bilingual Front Office Staff

Location : Keystone Pediatric Dental

Schedule : Monday Friday Full Time (40 hours / week) No weekends or holidays

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and assist patients and families in a welcoming professional manner

Schedule and confirm dental appointments

Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries

Check patients in and out for appointments

Maintain accurate patient records and assist with billing

Support clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow throughout the day

Perform general office duties to support daily operations

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience as a dental receptionist preferred

Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills

Consistent work history and ability to work well in a team setting

Comfortable working in a busy pediatric dental office

Bilingual Skills :

Excellent ability to communicate fluently in both verbal and written form in the English and Spanish language is .
