Key Job Details – PACU RN Travel Assignment

Location : Tahlequah, Oklahoma 74464 (Oklahoma nursing jobs)

Healthcare Setting : Level 3 PACU, strictly in the OR

Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : 12 / 15 / 2025 – End : 3 / 14 / 2026)

Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00am–5 : 00pm

Shift Pattern : 5 shifts per week, each shift is 8 hours

Hours per Week : 40

Estimated Weekly Salary : $2100–$2250

On-Call : Once a week and one weekend per month

Patient Ratio : 1 : 4 (max 1 : 6)

EMR System : Cerner experience required

PACU Registered Nurse Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of recent PACU RN experience (5+ years preferred)

Active RN license in Oklahoma or compact state (Oklahoma healthcare jobs)

BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Proficiency with Cerner electronic medical records

Strong dependability and reliability in clinical settings

PACU RN Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to post-operative patients in a busy PACU environment

Monitor and assess patients recovering from anesthesia

Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams for optimal patient safety and comfort

Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Cerner EMR

Participate in scheduled on-call rotation

Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills in a healthcare setting
