Essential Functions :

• Assistance with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Transportation to medical appointments, shopping, and activities
• Medication management
• Periodic assessment
• Companionship
• Light meal preparation

Qualifications :

CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) certification valid with NJ

Drivers License. Experienced Driver with a reliable vehicle. No accidents in the past 5 years or moving violations in 3 years.
