About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, fun, customer service EXTRAORDINAIRE, who can successfully market and lease newly constructed, stylish apartments in the Buffalo, NY area. We need YOU to connect people with their gorgeous, new homes and create buzz out in the community.

What you'll do

• Lease and bring people HOME!
• Support your POD!
• Assist with resident events.
• Create buzz by doing outreach in the community!
• Respond to interested prospects' calls and emails.
• Help residents with their needs.
