Pricing Supervisor

General Descriptions

The Pricing Supervisor is responsible for preparing compliant and cost competitive price and cost volume responses to requests for proposals and requests for quotes. Develops pricing models and templates. Responsible for overseeing pricing bids prepared by department pricing analysts. Assists with training pricing staff. Remote work acceptable coupled with partial work located in Madison, AL.

Duties

• Work with technical and management subject matter experts to prepare estimates and pricing data in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) government Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Quotes (RFQs)
• Assist with Process improvement initiatives
• Develop pricing models
• Review workload estimates, basis of estimates, and pricing data
• Conduct analysis to optimize competitive bid pricing
• Present cost estimates to corporate stakeholders and lead review discussions
• Assist with price to win analyses and strategy
• Prepare proposal cost volumes including the narrative to respond to proposal Section L and M criteria
• Work in a team environment
• Other Duties as assigned
