Soar Autism Center is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary team. We follow a play-based, family-focused approach rooted in the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM). This role emphasizes early intervention, integrated autism care, and play-based ABA therapy aligned with ESDM.

Position : BCBA (Master's Degree Required)
Location : Soar Autism Center (interdisciplinary team with SLPs, OTs, psychologists, and more)

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver individualized, naturalistic ABA therapy for children aged 2–6 in a center-based setting.
- Collaborate with clinical teams (including speech, OT, and psychology) to conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Implement ABA therapy plans based on the ESDM; clinical leaders will teach the approach, and new BCBA candidates are welcome.
- Oversee a team of about 7–8 clients and monitor progress through standardized assessments, refining treatment plans as needed.
- Build strong partnerships with families, guiding them through the therapy process and supporting their engagement.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.Current BCBA certification.ABA early intervention experience.Preferred : background in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, or a related field.Strong professional communication, both verbal and written.What You'll Get
