Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care

MaineHealth Mt. Washington Valley Rural Health Primary Care practice , is currently seeking an experienced Board Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP-C) to join this established practice located at MaineHealth Memorial Hospital. Recognized as a NCQA Patient Centered Home, MWV Rural Health Primary Care follows a team-based care model with integrated subspecialties and is supported by a friendly & collaborative care team.
