Job description

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process all policy change requests including but not limited to the following : endorsement changes, invoicing additional premiums, preparing check requests, mailing documents, etc.
  • Intake, issue, and distribute all certificates of insurance..
  • Assist with preparing annual and / or interim insurance policy audits, insurance applications.
  • Assist with preparing broker of record letter, new account set-up, and competitive bids.
  • Input and maintain record of all activities in the company system.
  • Provide high quality of work with professional demeanor and technical accuracy.
  • Participate in seminars and educational classes for development of skills and knowledge.
  • Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum two-years related experience and / or training preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgement.
  • Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time / project management skills.
