Responsibilities and Duties
- Process all policy change requests including but not limited to the following : endorsement changes, invoicing additional premiums, preparing check requests, mailing documents, etc.
- Intake, issue, and distribute all certificates of insurance..
- Assist with preparing annual and / or interim insurance policy audits, insurance applications.
- Assist with preparing broker of record letter, new account set-up, and competitive bids.
- Input and maintain record of all activities in the company system.
- Provide high quality of work with professional demeanor and technical accuracy.
- Participate in seminars and educational classes for development of skills and knowledge.
- Perform miscellaneous duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Fluency in Japanese - Professional Working to Native Level.High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and minimum two-years related experience and / or training preferred.Proficient with MS Office Suite.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Ability to work independently and make accurate decisions and demonstrate good judgement.Detail oriented with excellent organizational and time / project management skills.
