Title : Systems Administrator

Compensation : $90,000 - $100,000

Work Environment : Onsite (4 Days)

Location : Downtown Chicago

Systems Administrator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Lead and assist with in various IT projects including implementations regarding systems, solutions, and new technologies
• Work with and manage 3rd party MSP to ensure tasks are completed quickly, efficiently, and correctly
• Oversee and maintain Microsoft 365 and Azure environment including Intune, Entra ID, 365 B2B, and more
• Support and manage Palo Alto Prisma across the environment ensuring alignment with security practices
• Manage and maintain IT support operations including Autotask, Jira Cloud, Datto, Verkada
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and manage escalation tickets
• Update, maintain, and support the organizations environment that is completely a SaaS environment
• Manage and audit security tools including SentinelOne, Duo, Avanan for proper security and compliance
• Perform software updates, account setups, planned maintenance, etc
• Work with vendors and service providers on various issues
• Assist with networking issues revolved around routing, switching, and firewalls
