Salary Range : $135,000 - $160,000

We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-oriented  Sr   Firewall Network Engineer   to join our team. This person will be responsible for working with our Systems Security team to remediate vulnerabilities. The new team member will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining network security. The Firewall Security Engineer will be generating POAM’s to identify existing risks, ongoing monitoring, corrective actions, and dispositions. This person will be utilizing Cisco ISE and configuring Palo Alto Firewalls.

To be considered for this position, US Citizenship and an active Secret security clearance is required. This is a funded position and is contingent upon verification of a security clearance prior to starting with Cloudshape.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of experience

Experience with the following : Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Switches & Routers

A minimum of 4 years of experience with Cisco ISE, mobile device management and traffic and log analysis.

Experience with supporting the preparation of Plan of Action & Milestones (POAM) development.

Experience with DOD Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)

An ability to work independently, multi-task, and communicate effectively will be required for this role.

US Citizen with an active Secret security clearance.

Required Qualifications :

A relevant certification such as PCNSA, PCNSE, CCNA / CCNP Security is desired.

Experience in Tenable products is preferred.

Familiarity with White Hat or Kali Linux is preferred but not required.
