Senior Director, Early Development

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Early Development Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Early Development teams to deliver early phase assets through clinical proof of concept

Engage with stakeholders to devise and implement development strategies for early phase portfolio assets

Oversee sub-teams, set clear goals, and ensure alignment with asset development plans

Required Qualifications

MD, PhD, DVM, PharmD, MBA, or equivalent advanced biology degree

10+ years of experience in drug development, preferably in early phase development

Experience managing high-performance, cross-functional teams

Strong understanding of regulatory health authority expectations for drug development

Ability to multitask across multiple exploratory development assets
