Job Description :

• Associate should be a strong in Mainframe development with 10 years of experience.
• Associate should have experience in JCL COBOL VSAM and DB2.
• Associate should have good knowledge in the Unix scripting.
• Good knowledge in Agile.
• Good Knowledge in Card Domain (Issuing end)
• Good knowledge in Unix Scripting
• Aware of end-to-end Card lifecycle.
• Good knowledge in Cards Domain
• Provide support for fixing defects during the testing cycle
• Managing the full software development lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment
• Providing technical solutions performing code reviews enforcing coding standards and ensuring the quality of deliverables
• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues related to mainframe applications
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and designing technical solutions
• Keeping abreast of industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements and innovative solutions
• Identifying opportunities to improve the software development process and team productivity
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation including functional and technical specifications
• Working with other teams such as business analysts and QA to deliver successful projects
• Identifying and mitigating technical risks
• Providing guidance and support to other team members
• Conducting code reviews to ensure adherence to standards and best practices
• Optimizing mainframe systems for performance and efficiency
• Providing support for testing efforts including defect resolution
• Participating in release management activities
• Understanding the business needs and how mainframe applications support those needs
