Position : Office Manager – Aesthetics, Wellness & Functional Medicine

Salary : $50 - $75K per year

Location : Charleston, SC (Mount Pleasant & surrounding areas)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Solcara Health is looking for an experienced Office Manager to join a brand-new boutique practice blending aesthetics, functional medicine, and whole-body wellness. This is a unique opportunity to help build and lead a heart-centered, patient-first space from the ground up—starting before the doors officially open.

What We’re Looking For :

We’re seeking a calm, proactive Office Manager with 3+ years of experience in healthcare, wellness, or medspa environments. You should be confident in managing patient flow, supporting providers, and overseeing all front and back office logistics. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both startup energy and operational structure, with strong organizational skills and a service-first mindset. CPR / BLS certification is required.

What You’ll Be Doing :

Creating a seamless patient experience from first contact to follow-up

Overseeing scheduling, supplies, vendor coordination, and provider support

Managing billing, payments, and insurance-related communication

Ensuring HIPAA, OSHA, and licensing compliance

Supporting EMR implementation and digital systems

Helping launch the practice infrastructure pre-opening (Oct–Nov 2025)

Cultivating a positive, elevated team and patient environment

Schedule :

Full-time | Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

Start Date : October 1, 2025 (pre-opening phase begins)
