The Role

Lindy is looking for a content creator who shares our obsession with autonomous AI employees and wants to build a movement around them. You'll evangelize the AI agent revolution, grow a passionate community, and position Lindy as the obvious choice for anyone ready to build their autonomous workforce.

Lindy is hiring a creative and technically skilled Content & Video lead to own video production from concept to post. You’ll script, shoot, edit, and animate high-impact video content that brings the Lindy brand to life across channels like LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Your work will fuel everything from product launches to brand storytelling and top-of-funnel growth.

Who You Are

A hands-on video producer with experience in editing, post-production, motion graphics, and visual storytelling

Drive content strategy for in-house produced videos

Obsessed with social trends and have a sixth sense for what goes viral

Comfortable directing on camera talent, and doesn’t mind getting in front of it themselves

Experienced in managing a video content calendar across multiple platforms

Fluent in tools like Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve

A creative who can execute fast, iterate quickly, and ship regularly

Bonus Skills

Background in no-code or workflow automation tools

Experience working on AI / ML products

Prior work in high-growth startup environments

Connections with creators or experience running influencer campaigns

Track-record building communities at high-growth startups
