Job Title : Construction Associate (Remote with Travel)

Location : Texas (Remote with some travel required)

Salary : $130,000 - $165,000 annually (depending on experience)

Job Description :

LHH Legal is assisting an AmLaw firm in its search for a highly skilled and motivated Construction Associate to join their team. This is a remote position based in Texas, with some travel required. The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree and a minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in both state and federal courts.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct legal research and provide comprehensive legal advice.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
Counsel clients on various legal matters and dispute resolution.
Interface with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored legal solutions.

Qualifications :

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience in state and federal courts.

Proven experience in counseling, dispute resolution, and contract drafting and negotiation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
