The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all site construction activities and ensuring compliance with safety and construction standards. Oversee and direct high-purity plumbing projects from conception to completion. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs. Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors. Meet contractual conditions of performance. Review the work progress on daily basis. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones. Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques specific to high-purity plumbing. Manage and mitigate risks on project sites, ensuring adherence to safety standards and legal regulations. Strong understanding of construction management processes. Knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards. Expertise in high-purity plumbing systems and requirements.
