Director, Project And Program Management - Remote

The Director Project and Program Management is responsible for leading the execution and management of Prime's strategic projects / programs. This position will work closely with senior leadership and other Prime departments to support strategy development and drive improvements to program-related initiatives.
Responsibilities include :
- Leading cross-functional execution of project / program strategies, providing thought leadership, and ensuring alignment on overall strategy across teams
- Managing and overseeing performance and outcomes of a complex set of projects / programs, including ensuring project / program performance guarantees or KPIs are met for quality and service
- Providing leadership and direction to team responsible for management of projects / programs
- Managing vendor or key partner relationships, including contractual results and strategic interactions
- Leading the identification, development, and implementation of process improvements and key enhancements for project / program management processes and tools
- Acting as the key escalation point for issues related to assigned projects / programs, including representing Prime in internal and external executive communications
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications include :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and / or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required8 years of work experience in project / program management or business analysis5 years of leadership / supervisory / management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorshipAdditional qualifications include :
Excellent presentation skills and verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to distill complex concepts or situations into concise and compelling communicationsInterpersonal skills necessary to establish trust, respect and credibility and form close working relationships with all levels of PrimeWell-developed leadership skills; ability to engage, inspire, influence and develop othersAbility to identify and implement enhancement opportunitiesAbility to manage multiple, complex projects / programs and timelines simultaneously without compromising qualityPreferred qualifications include :
