Parts Order Management Specialist
Enter spare parts orders into the ERP system
Source parts from inventory, factory, or vendors
Coordinate shipping, packaging, and delivery timelines
Serve as the primary contact for parts inquiries and order status
Provide quotes and lead times
Coordinate with technicians to ensure parts availability
Assist in scheduling service work and job closure
Process returns and warranty claims
Issue RMAs and liaise with suppliers for approvals and credits
Maintain documentation and records
Keep catalogs and pricing tools updated
Education : Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience : Preferred background in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or machinery service support
Skills : ERP systems (SAP), Microsoft Excel & Outlook, Inventory and order management, Customer communication, Technical support and sourcing
Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
