Job descriptionAdminister and titrate drips : Propofol, Levophed, Dobutamine, Vasopressin, Fentanyl, Epinephrine, Diltiazem. Collaborate with charge nurse, admin supervisor (24 / 7), and crisis nurse (24 / 7). Work with CNA support (1 per shift). Monitor patients, interpret telemetry strips, and manage critical care interventions. Float to Tele ICU (1 : 3 ratio preferred) or to Meridian and Boise ICUs as needed. Participate in 1–2 shifts of unit-specific orientation depending on experience. RT Equipment : Vents, High Flow, BiPAP. RTs available 24 / 7. Intensivist : Available via telehealth 24 / 7. Tele / Monitor Techs : Not available; RNs required to read strips (Spacelabs). 12-hour shifts, 7 AM – 7 PM, scheduled by unit scheduler. Shifts may be blocked or grouped. Weekend Coverage : As needed, ideally every other weekend. Holiday Coverage : As needed. Call / Standby : None. Scrub Color / Dress Code : Any professional, clean attire.
