What You’ll Be Doing :

Making outbound calls to warm leads

Setting qualified appointments for our outside sales team

Communicating the value of our products clearly and confidently

Meeting and exceeding performance-based goals

What We’re Looking For :

Strong communication skills – you love talking to people

A positive, team-oriented attitude

Drive to succeed and a hunger to grow

Prior phone / sales experience is great, but not required — we’ll train the right person!

What We Offer :

$18 / hr base pay + three types of bonuses

Our team averages $22–$35 / hr with bonuses

Top performers earn $35–$50 / hr

Automatic performance review after 30 days

Schedule Options :

Part-Time : Monday–Friday (minimum 15 hours / week)

Full-Time hours available for the right candidate
