Job description
  • Develop and implement a national strategy for Leadership Council sales aligned with business goals. Identify target audiences, analyze industry trends, and define product positioning and messaging.
  • Work with local market president / publishers to develop a strategy for deeper local market penetration for Leadership Councils.
  • Manage marketing staff and provide guidance, mentorship, and support to drive successful marketing campaigns and sales efforts.
  • Track, analyze, and report on market performance. Use analytics tools to measure metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Review regular reports to demonstrate marketing effectiveness and ROI.
  • Significant experience in B2B, strategy, data, sales, marketing, and / or general management.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing measurable B2B marketing and sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, including the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making, as well as MS Office Product and Web based communication tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex, etc.)
