We are a growing, trauma-specialized mental health group practice dedicated to fostering healing and transformation. Our work specializes in trauma-informed approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapies, DBT, and mindfulness techniques. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced clinician to join our supportive and collaborative team.

About the Role
We are looking for a licensed mental health professional in Utah (LCSW, CSW, CMHC, ACMHC, or equivalent) who has a strong background in working with trauma and complex PTSD. The ideal candidate is someone who is deeply committed to helping clients heal, thrives in a team environment, and values ongoing learning and professional growth.

Important Note
This position is for licensed or associate level therapists. Please do not apply if your experience is limited to teaching or case management roles.

Position Details

• Full-Time Hours: Minimum of 28 client sessions per week
• Team Participation: Attendance at weekly staff meetings and group supervision is required

Compensation

• Starting wage: $45/hour
