Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming calls from customers, providing prompt and professional responses
Document calls and ensure accurate information is provided using available tools and resources
Meet performance metrics related to call quality and customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Availability to work Friday evenings, Saturday, and Sunday
Experience with call center software; familiarity with Zendesk is a plus
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
