Job description100% employer-paid health insurance that includes medical, dental, vision, Rx, and 24 / 7 telemedicine. Profit sharing and 403(b) retirement plan options available. Generous PTO, 8 paid holidays, and much more! Maintain and update patient medical records, including vital signs, treatments, medications, and immunization records. Prepare for patient visits by reviewing files, ensuring necessary reports are available, and collaborating with Providers for efficient scheduling and continuity of care. Prepare and maintain exam rooms, explain procedures to patients, provide education and coaching, respond to patient questions and assist physicians during exams and procedures. Collect and prepare lab specimens, administer medication, and perform other assigned clinical responsibilities. High school diploma or GED required. Bilingual (English / Spanish) skills are preferred. Completion of an accredited medical assisting program (1-year certificate / diploma or 2-year Associate Degree) from CAAHEP or ABHES with a minimum of 720 training hours, including at least a 160-hour clinical externship. One year of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant is preferred. CPR certification to be obtained within 90 days of hire. Must hold a Medical Assistant Certification or interim certification from the WA State Department of Health. Strong medical knowledge for understanding theories, reasons, and technical aspects of medicine. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with diverse personalities and situations. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Epic, and EMR.

As a leading community health center in the Pacific Northwest, we operate over 40 clinics across Washington and Oregon, providing a broad spectrum of services that include medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontics, nutritional counseling, autism screening, and behavioral health. Our comprehensive approach extends assistance to shelter, energy support, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling, home visits, and mobile medical / dental clinics.
Position Highlights :
- Competitive wage range of $22.29 - $32.83 / hour based on experience.
- Additional pay available for bilingual skills!
- $5,000 Hiring Bonus :
- At Hire : $1,500.00
- At 180 days (6 months) : $2,000.00
- At 12 months : $1,500.00
- Bonus will be pro-rated based on Full-Time Equivalency (FTE).
