The Senior Product Manager conceives of, develops, delivers, and manages products for customer use. The Senior Product Manager work assignments involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

The Senior Product Manager leads all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace, by developing products to meet specific customer needs and achieve specific cost and success outcomes. Once products are launched, monitors efficacy of products and uses customer and business partner feedback to ensure products are meeting customer needs across each customer segmentation, adjusting products over time to continue to achieve the desired outcomes. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Responsibilities

• Apply internal processes and enforce project standards define project plan and milestone mapping : initiating, planning, implementing, and completing the project. Project Standards can include but not limited to Intake, Charter, Governance Structure, Project Plan, Risk / Issues Tracking, etc.
• Analyze project portfolio to ensure project updates, status and process are followed in accordance with department guidelines.
• Interface with internal, external resources to ensure the successful completion of all projects.
• Prepare presentations and communication materials on behalf of the project team including executive-level communications.
• Partner with operational teams and process team colleagues to drive process improvement and identify / apply best practices.
• Coordinate and plan meetings including the development of meeting agendas, document and distribute meeting minutes, maintaining action items / issues log, update smaller scale project plans and any other documentation as needed to support business partners.
• Monitors and reports on project progress and milestones, works closely with business partners to ensure the project remains on track and delivers successfully.
• Manages project and program interdependencies and potential roadblocks, establishes clear resolution paths, and escalates situations as necessary.

Pay Range $104,000 - $143,000 per year

This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and / or individual performance.
