Our client in Cartersville, GA is seeking experienced sit-down Forklift Operators to join their team! These are temp-to-hire positions that have the opportunity to be hired on full-time (with benefits!).

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Operate various advanced packing machines to meet inbound / outbound schedules.
• Load and unload materials as part of a team.
• Follow inventory-control instructions for stacking and storage.
• Move palletized or crated materials throughout the facility.
• Pick, pack, check, and load / unload products from storage areas and trailers.
• Maintain compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform regular maintenance checks and safety inspections on equipment.
• Identify and report safety hazards and quality / production issues to management.
• Accurately complete all necessary forms and documentation.
• Suggest improvements to systems and processes.
• Ensure high-quality standards and meet production performance goals.
• Keep detailed and accurate production records.
• Crosstrain in multiple job functions and assist in other duties as needed.

Job Requirements :

Multiple shifts available! Pay rate $18+ / hr
