Job descriptionBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering required Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineer preferred 8+ years of bridge design experience Registered PE Registered IL Structural Engineer Project Management experience with DOT clients Experience leading projects through collaboration with team and managing tasks Proficient in MicroStation / ORD platforms and structural analysis / design software Knowledge of bridge construction materials including Steel, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Precast Prestressed Concrete Knowledge of construction methods, structural inspections, and construction document preparation
Job Description
A civil engineering firm located in multiple locations is seeking a Structural / Bridge Project Manager for their Jefferson City office!
Responsibilities :
- Team member of Structural / Bridge Design Group
- Manage projects by directing the design, coordinating work between staff / design team, and creating scope / budgets
- Analyze and design bridges, culverts, foundations and other transportation-related and building structures
- Main contact for clients, contractors and local officials
- Prepare engineering project proposals
- Ability to work in a team environment
Requirements :
Salary is commensurate with experience.
