Overview
The Youth Services Librarian manages and develops library services for youth, including maintaining vibrant print and digital collections and creating displays in dedicated youth areas. Designs educational programming for adults related to children's learning and provides research and reader’s advisory support to the public. Build partnerships with schools and youth-focused organizations, while also coordinating special events and participating in system-wide initiatives.
Work schedule varies and must be flexible to work after normal business hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and at various branch locations. The schedule for this full-time position varies, Monday through Saturday between 8 : 00 AM and 7 : 00 PM. The primary location of this position is Homosassa, Florida.
