Overview

Visual Merchandising Manager – Augusta Mall (New Store). This role leads the in-store visual proposition, partnering with store teams and the Regional VM Manager to deliver impactful displays that align with Primark’s standards.

What you’ll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing visual merchandising team to deliver outstanding in-store displays that maximize sales and meet customer expectations.
• Act as the visual merchandising ambassador in-store, coaching colleagues to implement the visual standards and campaigns.
• Collaborate with Store Management to launch new visual merchandising campaigns and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate a team of Visual Merchandisers; ensure adherence to operating standards and cost controls related to stock.
• Manage POS and pricing displays according to Primark guidelines and contribute to an exceptional shopping experience.

Pay

The base pay range is $60,840.00 / yr – $82,160.00 / yr. The pay range information is provided by Primark and actual pay is based on skills and experience.
