Interim Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist (Maternity Leave Coverage) CCC-SLP

We’re looking for a passionate pediatric SLP to step in and make a difference—right when it matters most.

CCC-SLP ONLY.    MUST hold a Texas license as a speech language pathologist (see requirements below)

Position could turn into a permanent position at end of the temporary coverage.

Need a 16 week temporary assignment / maternity coverage at TWO Locations :

1.  704 Longmire Rd. Suite #101  Conroe, TX  77304 - Late October to Late November (First 4 weeks)

2.     455 School Street, Suite #24  Tomball, Texas  77375 - Late November to Late January (Last 12 weeks)

Pay can be a W-2 Pay per visit (PPV) or contractor-1099 position

1.  W2-Pay Per Visit range of pay based on years of experience .  Range between $30-$40 / 30 minute therapy visit; $80 / evaluation (1 hour) and $25 / hour for meetings.

2. 1099-Contractor rates are set at $30 / 30 minute session and $80 / evaluations
