What youll do
Build and manage a warm pipeline (internet leads, walk-ins, local events, referrals).Consult with individuals and small businesses to match needs with Auto, Home, Life, and supplemental products.Participate in highly successful protocols to fuel your success.Educate and advise our clients on how to protect their family and their livliehood.Be a community championevents, sponsorships, and social content that highlight how we help neighbors recover from the unexpected.What success looks like (your first 12 months)

Have 13+ years in sales, retail banking, hospitality, or phone-based customer service (insurance a plus).Love educating and advising in the form of consultative conversations.Are data-curious (you like seeing your numbers and testing what improves them).Are coachable, resilient, and comfortable on the phone, text, and video.Hold or willing to obtain a Florida P&C and / or Life & Health license (well help).
