Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead and support key business functions related to our infrastructure and internal systems. This role will ensure that teams, systems, and services run efficiently, supporting company operations and strategic goals.
This is a cross-functional position, working closely with senior management, internal departments, and external service providers to ensure our internal systems are reliable, secure, and aligned with business needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in team leadership, project coordination, operations management, and cross-departmental collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee initiatives that ensure operational efficiency and system reliability
- Collaborate with department heads and other stakeholders to align systems and support services with business goals
- Monitor service levels and quality metrics to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction
- Drive productivity improvements and develop process enhancements to increase operational effectiveness
- Support strategic planning by identifying resource needs, performance gaps, and potential risks
- Build and maintain strong working relationships across departments to facilitate cooperation and successful project delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
- Prepare regular updates and reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within a business or service-oriented environmentProven experience managing cross-functional teams, including remote personnelStrong leadership and interpersonal communication skillsComfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentExperience coordinating large-scale projects and managing competing prioritiesStrategic thinker with a focus on practical implementation and resultsFamiliarity with performance metrics, operational workflows, and process improvementUnderstanding of systems and infrastructure is requiredBachelor's degree in business, Management, or a related field preferredFinancial services or auto finance industry experience is highly desirableBenefits
