Job description

Job Summary / Company : We are seeking an experienced Software / Data Engineer to support a federal government client through .NET application development and data engineering work. This full-time, on-site role in Charleston, SC focuses on console-based applications, database integrations, and ETL processes supporting DIS web applications. Position requires a Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain .NET console-based applications and database integrations.
Build and optimize ETL processes and data interfaces between compensation and talent management systems.
Support the full software development life cycle while collaborating with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications / Background Profile :

Proficiency in Visual Studio.NET, .NET Framework (4.5+), C#, SQL, and data engineering / ETL concepts.

Experience translating requirements into scalable solutions and optimizing SQL queries and stored procedures.

Strong communication skills; familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform, Python, web development, and Git is a plus.
