The Dialysis Social Worker (MSW or LCSW) is responsible for assessing and responding to the psychosocial needs of our dialysis patients to ensure the best possible outcomes and improve quality of life.

Schedule : Part-time, 20 hours / week , up to three 8-hour shifts / week, shifts start at 7 : 30am, weekends off

Compensation : Pay range from $28-$34 per hour, depending on dialysis experience
