Clinical Director ABA Operations Remote

We are a rapidly growing behavioral health company focused on delivering in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. With a non-denominational, inclusive culture, our operations are currently concentrated in New York, with plans to expand to additional states. Our management company, located in the Hudson Valley, supports clinical delivery by structuring and overseeing operations behind the scenes.

Over the last four years, we’ve grown by 20% month-over-month and are now seeking a Clinical Director of ABA Operations to bring structure, oversight, and quality to our expanding clinical programs. This is a brand-new role, created to drive clarity, curriculum, and clinical excellence across a remote team.
