Job Summary
Keystone Communications is looking for a Technical Specialist to provide our customers with fast and useful technical support within SLA parameters. In addition, the Technical Specialist will be a contributor who is responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of customers' systems and components; including hardware, electronic equipment, networking products, software, operating systems, and wiring. This individual will be the primary technical interface to customers for the coordination of hardware and / or software support and delivery of operational services as required by the customer.
