• Case Mix : Ortho, urology, general, OB (800 deliveries per year), gyn, pediatric dentistry, podiatry, cardiology – TEE, cardioversion.  GYN and general utilize Da Vinci robot
• Active OH License : Yes
• Credentialing Time-Frame : 60-90 days
