Key Responsibilities

Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of user interface and user experience across digital products and platforms

Drive overall UI development strategy ensuring alignment with product roadmaps and user-centric design principles

Establish development best practices and scalable frameworks for UI components across platforms

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

15+ years of experience in software development or UI engineering, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role

Proven track record of leading enterprise-scale UI platform development

Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders

Foundational AI skills and understanding of AI applications in design and user experience
