In this pivotal role, the Product & Technology Portfolio Manager on the Global Portfolio Management team is responsible for supporting enterprise technology investment prioritization, cross-team planning orchestration and alignment, PDLC processes and controls, and data and reporting activities, partnering closely with Product, Business Sponsors, Program / Project Management, Engineering, Finance, and the Agile Tools Enablement team, in the enablement of quality portfolio management and governance.
This is a strategic and operational role that will help a specific portfolio's leadership (Product and Technology heads) effectively plan, prioritize, and administer their development roadmap, while ensuring adherence to enterprise requirements around prioritization, PDLC, resource management, and more. This role requires a candidate with strong accountability in a complex and evolving environment. Cross-functional communication and management skills at the senior stakeholder level are paramount. The Portfolio Manager is required to understand, guide, and manage (and hold accountable) the expectations of Product, Technology, Project Management, Finance, and Business Stakeholders as it relates to the planning, prioritization, and management of ongoing technology projects.
Blending strategy and tactics, the ideal candidate is able support product leadership with articulating their portfolio strategy in business and technical terms, while governing product, project, and technology managers on tactical processes related to PDLC, work estimations, time sheet accuracy, status reporting, and more. This role will help deliver on our commitment to "measure what matters" and govern the enterprise portfolio through effective data management and reporting from golden source systems. The ideal candidate will help us realize our strategy in managing the portfolio using unobjective data over anecdotal evidence. This requires dedication to relentless data stewardship, attention to detail, and commitment to leverage (and build) reporting that proves the portfolio narrative using system generated information.

Salary
The base salary range is $160,000 $180,000 USD per year, total on target compensation is $192,000 216,000 (includes a base salary plus long-term and short-term incentives) that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate's qualifications, skills and competencies.
