Licensed Loan Closer

A company is looking for a TPO Closer.

Key Responsibilities

Review loan files to confirm all conditions are cleared and ready to close

Prepare and verify closing documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance

Maintain a closing pipeline and manage funding for timely disbursement of loans

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of recent residential closing experience

Minimum of 2 years' experience in the mortgage industry

Encompass LOS experience strongly preferred

Knowledge of FHA / VA / Agency products
