We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team and play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready. In this role, you’ll perform a wide range of tasks—from preventative maintenance and diagnostics to repairs and vehicle reworks—while contributing to the smooth operations of our workshop.

What You’ll Do
- Perform high-quality repairs, services, and inspections with precision and accuracy, documenting all work in our specialized service platform.
- Conduct multi-point inspections and system checks, making safety-first recommendations to ensure fleet reliability.
- Serve as Quality Control (QC) by inspecting and testing completed work.
- Configure, set up, diagnose, and sign off vehicles for safe on-road usage—including occasional local travel for fieldwork.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Technician to keep vehicles in a “ready” state for demos and testing.
- Coordinate repairs, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain accurate service records.
- Support parts and tools inventory management, ensuring shop facilities remain organized and in excellent condition.
- Operate service equipment safely and maintain compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste disposal, and other federal / state / local regulations.
- Build a strong service experience for internal teams and business partners.
Requirements
Experience : 5+ years as a technician in vehicle maintenance and repair. Automotive engineering or lab experience (e.g., Dyno, Battery) is a plus.Technical Skills : Deep knowledge of repair methods, tools, and parts; hands-on expertise in electrical and ADAS systems; familiarity with CAN, wiring diagrams, and soldering.Additional Skills : Ability to tow car haulers / large trailers, diagnose issues methodically, and maintain meticulous records.Education : Technical trade school certificate or Associate’s Degree in automotive repair preferred.Other : Clean driving record, excellent communication skills, and a self-starter attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.What You Bring
