Vehicle Mechanic / Technician

We are looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our team and play a key role in keeping our fleet safe, reliable, and road-ready. In this role, you’ll perform a wide range of tasks—from preventative maintenance and diagnostics to repairs and vehicle reworks—while contributing to the smooth operations of our workshop.

What You’ll Do

• Perform high-quality repairs, services, and inspections with precision and accuracy, documenting all work in our specialized service platform.
• Conduct multi-point inspections and system checks, making safety-first recommendations to ensure fleet reliability.
• Serve as Quality Control (QC) by inspecting and testing completed work.
• Configure, set up, diagnose, and sign off vehicles for safe on-road usage—including occasional local travel for fieldwork.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Technician to keep vehicles in a “ready” state for demos and testing.
• Coordinate repairs, escalate issues appropriately, and maintain accurate service records.
• Support parts and tools inventory management, ensuring shop facilities remain organized and in excellent condition.
• Operate service equipment safely and maintain compliance with OSHA, hazardous waste disposal, and other federal / state / local regulations.
• Build a strong service experience for internal teams and business partners.
